DO you want to shed fat and feel great in just five days and be proud to say I Survived Bootcamp?'
Well now you can.

A charity Bootcamp which will raise money for Action Cancer is being held from August 6 which can help you make a difference to your life while helping to save lives and support people affected by cancer. The five day 'I Survived Boot Camp' challenge is run by local Personal Trainer and Bootcamp connoisseur Irene McCaffrey. Last year the boot campers raised just over £1600 for Action Cancer while helping participants lose weight and feel great at the same time.

I Survived Boot Camp' challenge takes place in Moira Demesne and Wallace Park Lisburn. There will be a choice of morning or evening training sessions.

Each workout is different. There will be weight training, circuits, relay races and team work all designed to rev up your metabolism and help you to burn fat.

To sign up now for 'I Survived Boot Camp, which starts Monday August 6 at 6.15am and 6.15pm and runs through to Friday, August 10, go to www.impactfitnesscamp.co.uk to register and download your sponsorship form.

Registration fee is £30 for the week and all proceeds go to Action Cancer.
