THE words of the closing hymn, 'Praise my soul the King of heaven' aptly summed up the mood of a great praise evening of 'music and hymns' at St Columba's, Derryvolgie last Sunday 6th November featuring Murley Silver Band (Fivemiletown). The new minister, the Rev Stephen McElhinney, welcomed the band who played, sang and thoroughly entertained the congregation.

The band was conducted by Ann Bloomfield and her sister Judith Anderson was the soloist.
Supper was served afterwards by the Derryvolgie ladies.
