An invitation to community worship in Wallace Park

Refurbished Band Stand in Wallace ParkTHE ministers and congregations of four Lisburn city centre churches - Lisburn Cathedral, First Lisburn Presbyterian, Railway Street Presbyterian and Seymour Street Methodist extend an open invitation to everyone to attend a special afternoon of community worship entitled 'Hymns in the Park', which will be held at the refurbished Band Stand in Wallace Park in Lisburn this Sunday afternoon (August 7).

Organised in conjunction with Lisburn City Council, Lisnagarvey Silver Band will play a selection of music commencing at 3.00pm and will also lead the praise during the service which will commence at 4.00pm in which clergy from the four participating congregations will be taking part.

The organisers say everyone will be made most welcome.
