A PRESBYTERIAN Women service based on the theme 'All Things New' was held in Railway Street Presbyterian Church, Lisburn recently. Phyllis Spence (PW Home Vice President) led the service; Elma Lindsay (PW Leader) and Barbara Bailie (PW Deputy Leader) read the Scripture lessons; and in keeping with the theme of the service Heather Henry narrated her poem, All things new'.

Bertha Cowan presided at the organ and together with the praise band and church choir led the worship that included 'Great is Thy faithfulness', 'I want to walk with Jesus Christ' and the Blessing - 'May God's blessing surround you each day'. Valerie Henderson, a member of the church choir sang the solo, As water to the thirsty'. Four ladies from PW Central Committee also took part: Deborah Hyland and Valerie Tweedie led the prayers; Vera McLean gave the children's address and Anna Morison gave the address based on the PW motto, 'Living for Jesus'.
