Festive feel for Drumbeg concert

Phoenix Choir are in concert this Friday night (December 3) in St Patrick's
Church at Drumbeg.
Belfast Phoenix is a mixed choir who enjoy singing a varied repertoire of both sacred and secular music.
The choir was originally formed in 1936 as the Ormiston Choir and after the death of their conductor William Boyd in 1988 the original name was laid to rest and the 'Phoenix' was born. They are now under the talented leadership of their new musical director Dr Emma Gibbins.
Joining them are 'The Sopranos' - a newly formed classical girl group consisting of three up and coming young singers.
The Sopranos' official launch will be in Armagh Cathedral later on in December and The Phoenix Choir are delighted they are able to join them for this concert.
The programme in Drumbeg has an extremely festive feel to get you in the spirit of Christmas - an event not to be missed.
