Q&A

STEVEN AdamsSTEVEN Adams, 17, is a member of Fusion Theatre. He played the lead when the group staged Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat. The Wallace High School student lives in Lisburn and is studying for AS levels.

What do you like doing on your day off?
A nice lie-in is always good. Apart from that going out with my friends and having fun. It's great to be with people who make you at ease.

Choose your favourite meal
I love Italian food, so some form of Pasta Carbonara in a fancy Italian restaurant in a Piazza somewhere in Rome.

What's your proudest moment?
Probably being selected to play Joseph in Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat it was my first ever lead role in a show and it was the part I'd wanted to play since I was a kid.

The most frightening moment?.,
Taking off in a plane during a thunderstorm - we could see the lightning flashing right beside the plane and we were thinking we were going to die.

Describe your taste in clothes?
When it comes to clothes shopping, I'm not a typical guy - I don't shop that often, but when I do I tend to spend quite a lot. I do try not to spend crazy amounts, so nothing that big - probably 60 on a Ralph Lauren shirt on holiday.

How would you spend a million?
I'd put half of it in the bank, give a quarter to charity and spend the other quarter on holidays and things for my family and maybe a small car for myself

Your most embarrassing moment?
Well there is a video floating around of our primary school play, which involves me in a pink dress, wig and balloons shoved down my dress - that's not really something I like to tell people the first time I meet them...

What music do you like?
I like a lot of stuff really. I like soundtracks from Musicals and also a whole range of music, mostly rock. My favorite band is probably Bon Jovi.

What sports person do you admire?
I don't admire too many, the way most of them get on doesn't really demand any respect, but as a big Liverpool fan I'd have to say Steven Gerrard he seems like a nice guy as well.

Describe your best ever holiday.
As far as best holidays go, I had an amazing summer past I went on a family holiday to California and Las Vegas and then I went on an Exodus team to South Africa for two weeks, which, although difficult, was an amazing experience. I'd love to go to somewhere in the Caribbean, I've only been once so I'd love to go back and spend a bit longer, maybe in Antigua.

What is your greatest ambition?
I'd love to star in a West-end musical in London, but there's not too much chance of that happenings so I'd love to sky-dive, it would be such an amazing experience.

If you could spend a day with a celebrity whom would you choose?
I'd love to have met Alfred Hitchcock, I think he'd be a really interesting guy.

What three things would you take to a desert island?
I'm guessing I'm not allowed a beach resort, so apart from that, a wash bag (I'm a bit of a cleanliness freak), a Bible and my ipod.
