Lagan Valley Leisureplex. He is also a chief instructor with
the Irish Jujutsu organisation.

What do you like doing on your day off?
I enjoy running, swimming and doing other forms of Martial
Arts when I have time to myself. I also run a landscape
business so spare time is a luxury.

If you were to choose your favourite meal what would it be,
where and why?
I like the carbonara at Caf� Milano on the Lisburn Road. The
food is delicous.

What has been your proudest moment?
Running two marathons in the space of five weeks is
something I'm proud of. I am also proud of all of my members
and how they stick at the Jujutsu. I have some very
intelligent people in my classes, with a wide range of
abilities.

What was the most frightening moment of your life?
I've had a few scary moments when I've been sparring or
wrestling.

How would you describe your taste in clothes? What's the
most you ever spent on a single item?
Fashionable and smart. Well I hope so anyway. I haven't had
any complaints yet.

What would you do if you won a million pounds?
I would build a Dojo - a training hall for Martial Arts and
give my members free training. I might go to Antarctica or
Las Vegas.

It's been a long time since I was embarrassed by anything.

Jackie Chan. He's the most amazing martial artist.

Describe your best ever holiday. What would your dream
holiday be?
Egypt was amazing. It's an ancient and mysterious land and I
would love to back again. Rome is somewhere I'd like to go.

What is your greatest remaining ambition?
I would like to go to Japan to study and spend some time
training. I've been thinking of doing it for sometime.

choose?
Eva Longoria from 'Desperate Housewives' for obvious
reasons.
