Anyone driving up Railway Street last Sunday morning could not have missed seeing the large vehicle parked outside Railway Street Presbyterian Church; and perhaps they, like many others asked the question, What is that?  Well, it was a Mega Mobile sponsored by Crossfire Trust whose vision is to make the Mega Mobile available to bridge the gap between church and community and is available for hire for the business and education sectors as well as the charity sector, thus making it of benefit to the whole community.

The Mega Mobile has been an investment of 150,000.  It is unique in its field of design and hospitality and, using hydraulic technology, expands on site to make a conference type facility with power points for computers and a plasma screen for presentations.  It comes with bench and lounge seating, cane chairs and coffee tables or round tables and dining chairs.  It also has a coffee bar area with sink, coffee making and microwave facility.  A movable glass partition can separate the bar area from the plasma screen area to enable private counselling space if needed.  Access is wheelchair-friendly.  To find out more ring (028) 3753 1636 or visit www.crossfiretrust.net.
